About the program
The first cohort of participants will commence September 2023, with subsequent cohorts commencing in early 2024.
Participants will be able to access a new topic every 2 weeks. Each topic will include a 60 minute video webinar.
Through a dedicated forum, participants will have the opportunity to ask questions, and to share ideas with the practice coach team and with each other.
Each topic will also include a number of 'Improvement Ideas' that practices can begin to implement immediately. Additional resources will be available for downloading.
Topics, webinars and resources will remain available to participants for three months after the final webinar of their cohort.
