Practice Coach Summit 2021

 Australia's premier virtual summit

PHN Primary Care Support Teams,

General Practice Teams and

Allied Health Practices.

17 November 2021

How do you support high quality, high-impact general practice and primary care?

On 17th November, 2021, a collaborative of health industry experts will host our annual Practice Coach Virtual Summit

We invite practice support staff and practice teams from your PHN to join us.

This is a full day virtual summit on the art and science of building thriving practices.

It is targeted at all those who aim to improve systems for delivering care - PHN QI and practice support teams, practice managers, practice nurses, clinicians, and administration staff.

Presentations include the latest developments in

  • Leading Quality Improvement
  • Using advanced data management in primary care
  • Motivational Interviewing
  • Self care strategies
  • Proactive Covid planning | latest recommendations from #OzSage

For PHNs, supporting general practice quality improvement is a tricky job - requiring a broad set of knowledge and skills.  Sessions will have opportunities for Q&A and sharing of ideas and experiences.

All sessions will be rich with practical skills which enable you to apply your learning.

The day will conclude with an expert panel discussion.

Practice coaches need to have expertise in primary health care, be well versed in the science of quality improvement, possess acumen in the business of general practice, and have leadership and coaching skills at the highest level.

Registration includes 12 months membership of practice coach college, with access to webinars, articles, and the opportunity to share ideas and experiences with other college members.

Make Practice Coach Summit 2021 your opportunity to further your expertise in supporting high impact primary care.

What is a virtual summit?

Good question. A virtual summit is just like a conference, but delivered entirely online.

So at least you won't have to queue for lunch, and you get to choose the coffee.

How will the talks be presented?

Our speakers will be presenting via webinar. You will be able to see and hear them live, and view their slides. A text chat will be active during each talk, and there will be an opportunity to ask each speaker questions.

How long do I have access to the content for?

All talks will be recorded and available to registered participants for 12 months after each talk.

Will I get a certificate?

Certificates will be available to attendees

What do I get in the PHN Sponsorship Package

This is the best value package. It allows unlimited attendance for PHN staff and general practice staff at one price.

All registrants receive complementary membership of the Practice Coach College for 12 months.

Some of Australia's most experienced practice coaches will be sharing their skills and resources. The summit will support you to build a general practice which thrives.
