Cultural Safety – An introduction
In this mini-course, Associate Professor John Stevens provides an introduction to developing culturally safe and connected health services.
John is a Medical Sociologist, Chronic Disease Expert and Registered Nurse, and an Adjunct Professor at Southern Cross University and the University of Newcastle, as well as a Director of the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine.
John has undertaken a great deal of research and has practical experience in culturally safe primary care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
