At the 2022 forum, Charlotte Hespe told the story of how her practice was now doing 75% of consultations via telehealth, and 80% of these were via video consultation rather than telephone.

In our practice we still struggle with making video consultations work for us.

More often than not, the patients doesn’t respond to the SMS, and if they do either their video or ours doesn’t work.

Can anyone share any successful strategies?
